You say regarding leaders: "You can only go as far as they are willing to go". Then we should shift our focus elsewhere, since Jesus has promised the Spirit will teach us and he'll take us as far as he wants to, without "leaders" if we let him. Most leaders are holding people back, mostly due to own agendas, which is shameful... but not all, fortunately.
